FORT MYERS, Fla.- It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK kitchen.
If you are planning to make fish, shrimp, or chicken anytime soon, you don't want to forget the citrus glaze BBQ sauce.
Here today to show us how to make it is Greg Stamper from Lee Roy Selmon's.
Citrus glaze BBQ sauce
½ quarts favorite bbq sauce
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup fresh lime juice
1 cup orange marmalade
2 cups ketchup
1 oz fresh basil
1 tablespoon tony cachers
1 stick butter
1 combine all ingredients, except butter in a saucepot
2 bring to a simmer for approximately 15 minutes
over medium heat. Do not boil
3 stir frequently to prevent scorching
4 remove from heat and whisk in butter cut into slices
