Ed and Tony from Anthony's on the Boulevard stopped by to show us how to mini quesadillas, just in time for superbowl parties.
1 package of small tortillas
1/2 lb cooked ground beef
1/2 lb cooked shrimp chopped
1/2 lb cooked chicken chopped
diced onions grilled
In a warm flap pan on grill place tortillas add cheese onion tomatoes and your choice of meat. When cheese melts fold tortilla in half. Tortilla should be golden brown serve with salsa and sour cream
