31/2 # roma tomatoes diced
1.5 oz red onions minced
1 Tbl fresh garlic minced
2oz fresh basil
1 oz fresh parsley
1 Tbl kosher salt
1 Tbl blk pepper
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbl fresh lemon juice
11/2 cups EVO

1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and
incorporate using a spatula
