FORT MYERS, Fla.   It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK kitchen.
      Here today showing us how to make lobster and macaroni  and cheese is Patrick  from Flemings Steakhouse in Naples.

Recipe:

4oz. Cavatappi pasta

7oz. Macaroni and Cheese

1 1/2 Tbsp. Seasoned panko crumbs

1/4 tsp. Chapped parsley

Recipe for Season Bread Crumbs

4Tbsp. Corn oil

4 tsp. Chipotle chili pepper

3 Cups Panko crumbs

Cook pasta

Place sauce in 10" pan add hot pasta and blend together 1 min.  Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.  Bake at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden on top.  Garnish with parsley.
