FORT MYERS, Fla.- Ed and Tony from Anthony's on the Blvd. show us how to make a Monte Cristo sandwich.

Monte Cristo   ingredients 2 slices ham 2 slices turkey 2 slices swiss cheese eggwash - 2 eggs & milk blended white bread powdered sugar pancake syrup (optional)   Place 1 slice swiss on 1 slice of bread, add both turkey and ham, cover with 2nd slice of swiss cheese and cover with slice bread.  Dip sandwich in eggwash.  Place sandwich in non-stick fry pan over medium heat.  Cook until golden brown.  Sprinkle with powered sugar.  Serve with pancake syrup.
