FORT MYERS, Fla.- This Saturday is the Annual Lee County Heart Walk. So get on those walking shoes and help fight America's silent killer, heart disease.

The American Heart Associations suggests at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise (or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity).
30 minutes a day, five times a week is an easy goal to remember.
Physical activity is anything that makes you move your body and burn calories, such as climbing stairs or playing sports.
WHERE: Centennial Park in downtown Fort Myers. Festivities begin at 8 a.m. and the walk will begin at 9 a.m. There’s no admission, but donations are welcomed.
