2pt cherry tomato cut in half

1 1/2 Tlbs Honey

2 tsp thyme leaves

1 tsp salt kosher

1/8 black pepper

1 cup ricotta

12 baguettes

basil thinly sliced


preheat oven 350 degrees

mix honey oil salt thyme pepper and tomatoes in a bowl

place parchement paper on cooking sheet

bake for 1hr and 20 min

spread ricotta over baguettes, put tomatoes over ricotta sprinkle with basil
