2 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp salt kosher
1/8 black pepper
1 cup ricotta
basil thinly sliced
preheat oven 350 degrees
mix honey oil salt thyme pepper and tomatoes in a bowl
place parchement paper on cooking sheet

spread ricotta over baguettes, put tomatoes over ricotta sprinkle with basil
