FORT MYERS, Fla.-The Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center will host Ciao Time! with Johnny Ciao, celebrity chef and blues musician at a benefit on November 19 at 6;00 p.m.  The Davis is located at 2301 First Street in the River District in downtown Fort Myers.  Johnny Ciao got his start working behind the scenes in the entertainment industry.  He loved to cook for his clients and produced a book and video called Cooking with Country Music Stars that went on to sell 1 million copies.  It featured recipes from 36 country music stars, including Hank Williams, Jr. and Dolly Parton.  He created backstage food for the Grateful Dead, Carlos Santana, Huey Lewis and other music greats.  He went on to cook for many of the artists in their homes, at recording studios and on the road.  Johnny even moved into Neverland Ranch to change Michael Jackson's diet and help him improve his health.  From Neverland, he went on to cook for Willie Nelson, Marlon Brando, Gregory Peck and Whitney Houston.
