Here today showing us how to make a great dinner for two is Chef Vnny from the Neapolitan Gourmet.
BASIC SALMON FOR 2
¾ lb Salmon Fillet
1 TBS EVOO
Salt to taste
Dip Salmon in oil, SPRINKLE WITH GARLIC AND SALT
Place into a heated grill pan(medium high)
Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare
