FORT MYERS, Fla.- Short sales aren’t new to our real estate market, but troubled home sellers being paid up to $20,000 from their lender for relocation assistance is not only new but something that sounds too good to be true.

Yet, last month Bank of America has launched a trial program in the state of Florida to incentivized homeowners to explore a short sale instead of foreclosure.

And if the sellers qualify they can receive between $5,000 and $20,000?

Here to give us the details on this new program is WINK’s real estate expert Denny Grimes from Denny Grimes & Co. at Royal Shell Real Estate.
