Let's Eat: Lee Roy Selmon's bread pudding

Bread Pudding
1.5 lbs cinn raisin bread
¾ cup raisins ( gold )
1.5 cups sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup vanilla
1.5 cups easy eggs or egg wash
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon nutmeg
Icecream , praline sauce optional
1 Preheat oven 275 degrees
2 spray pans with food release spray
3 cut bread to desired size 1” * 1” and mix in raisens
4 place mixture in pan
5 in a bowl combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, cream, milk, cinnamon, nitmeg and mix well
6 pour liquid mixture over bread and allow to soak for at least 10 min.
7 cook double panned for 1.5 hours or till firm
8 eat it!
