NEW YORK (AP) - Stocks are falling at the start of trading, with the Dow losing more than 300 points in the first few minutes. Attention is shifting back to the weakening economy. A statement from the Federal Reserve yesterday said growth has been "considerably slower" than expected. Still, there was a late-day rally yesterday, after the Fed said it would keep its key interest rate at nearly zero for two more years.
