  It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK kitchen.
     Here today showing us how to make  crème brulee is Patrick with Flemings Steakhouse in Naples.


1 Creme Brulee

1 Tbsp. Sugar in the raw

3ec. Raspberries/Blueberries

1ec. Chantilly Cream


1. Remove Creme Brulee from cooler and top with sugar evenly.  Wipe sugar off edge of dish.  With hand torch caramelize sugar to golden brown.  DO NOT BURN.

2. Place dessert on room temperature plate

3. Garnish with berries

4. Top with Chantilly cream
