It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK kitchen.
 Here today to show us how to make an easy dinner is Chef Vinny from The Neapolitan Gourmet in Naples.



Pasta with Broccoli


1 lb Broccoli florets washed and stalks peeled

1 can whole tomatoes, crushed

¼ c EVOO

5 cloves garlic

½ c Grated Cheese

1 lb Pasta of choice

Steam Broccoli for 7 minutes, strain and reserve

Saute garlic in oil until golden

Cook Tomatoes for 15 minutes on medium heat

Bring 8 qt pot of water to boil, add salt

Add broccoli to tomatoes

Toss with cooked pasta

Add oil and garlic mixture

Add cheese


Serves 3-4
