It's time to fire up the WINK kitchen grill and here today to showing us how to make something everyone will love at your next get together is Dave Gossett with Fleming's Prime Steakhouse.
Ingredients; Shrimp 4lbs or 5-6oz Lobster tails 12each
Zatarains crab boil 1ea
Water 1 gal
Lemons halved 3ea
Old Bay 1/2cup
1. Thaw shrimp
2. Cut the back of the shrimp down to the tail. Make sure to keep the tail fins on the shrimp.
3. Bring water and all ingredients except shrimp to a boil in a large sauce pan. Let water boil for 5 minutes.
4. Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes. Stir the shrimp during cooking. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the ice, allow to cool for 30 minutes.
5. To clean the shrimp remove the shell leaving only the tail fins on the shrimp. Place the shrimp into a container with a drain pan.
Lobster Tail cooking preps.
Follow as above except substiture lobster tail for shrimp and do not cut down the back of the lobster shell, cook for 8-9 minutes
