FORT MYERS, Fla- WINK News Now This Morning congratulates  Rylie Spicker, Rob's daughter. Over the weekend she won the title of Jr. Miss Florida World.

Rylie now has the right to represent Florida at the national Jr. Miss pageant in Houston this summer. The state title is her second in a row, having won Little Miss Florida in 2010.

Three other new queens were crowned on Sunday night in Miami as well. Kimber-lyn Bryant is the new Little Miss Florida World. Jasmine Avery is Miss Teen Florida World and Lorena Placencia is Miss Florida US International.  Kimber-lyn and Lorena are also both from Southwest Florida while Jasmine is from South Florida.  WINK News congratulates all the new queens for their crowns.
