Let's Eat: Irish Egg Rolls

IRISH EGG ROLLS
1 pack egg roll wrappers
1 28oz can sauerkraut
1 lb cook corn beef
1/2 lb swiss cheese
Drain sauerkraut and paper towel dry.
Chop swiss cheese & corn beef, then dice.
Mix sauerkraut, swiss cheese, corn beef in mixing bowl
Lay out egg roll wrapper and put two tablespoons of mixture and roll as directed on package
Fry in oil until golden brown, drain, plate, serve with thousand or preferred dressing.
