The model UN at Cape High went to Boston in February to compete against nearly 60 schools from around the world and won. They are now hosting a golf tournament to try and pay for it.

21 students from Cape Coral High School competed against 1300 students from nearly 60 schools, representing five continents (North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia). Public schools from all over this country as well as some of the oldest and most prestigious private schools were in attendance. After three days and roughly 18 hours of debate, Cape Coral High School once again emerged as the Best Large Delegation.

The school will be hosting a "Friends of the Seahawks Spring Scramble 2010" to benefit the Model United Nations.  The golf tournament will be held Sunday, May 16th at Palmetto Pine Country Club in Cape Coral.
