Layoffs drop to four year low

Layoffs dropped to the lowest level in nearly four years in April.

That's the word from an out-placement firm.

A separate report shows private-sector employers added 32,000 jobs in April.

Analysts say it's a positive trend and employers are becoming more confident about hiring.
