SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA, Spain- A public memorial mass is being held today in Spain to honor the 79 people killed in a terrible train crash.

This weekend, the train's driver was charged with multiple counts of negligent homicide. Francisco Jose Garzon was driving the train, carrying 218 passengers, that hurtled off the tracks Wednesday while apparently travelling well over the speed limit.

He's expected back in court this week.
