GRANBURY, Texas (AP) - Officials in Hood County, Texas, say it's hard to tell one street from another in a neighborhood of Granbury devastated by a tornado last night.

The National Weather Service estimates the tornado had wind speeds between 166 mph and 200 mph. It was one of 13 twisters to hit the region, killing at least six people and injuring dozens more.

Hood County Sheriff Roger Deeds says the Rancho Brazos Estates neighborhood will remain closed to its residents until officials can account for everyone who lived there.  He says the search and recovery effort will continue "until every piece of debris is turned over." Deeds says at least six people remain missing, but he's confident they will be found "alive and well."
