The Susan G. Komen Foundation's funding for Planned Parenthood is back on.
The foundation just released a statement announcing the reversal of its plans to cut funding to Planned Parenthood for breast cancer screenings.
Komen apologized for the move.
The foundation has been the target of backlash following news they would cut funding.
On the other hand, Planned Parenthood was flooded with donations, bringing in $400,000 in just 24 hours.
Planned Parenthood officials said the move by Komen was politically motivated. That's because the cuts came amid increased scrutiny by Congress over how Planned Parenthood provides abortion services.
Komen has denied the decision had anything to do with politics.
Again, they have now reversed that plan and will continue to fund Planned Parenthood.
