LOS ANGELES, Ca (AP) -  Dr. Conrad Murray received the maximum four year punishment for causing Michael Jackson's death. However, his actual time behind bars will be less than two years. A sheriff's spokeswoman says this is due to state laws; including limited spaces in the jail and budget woes. The judge who sentenced Murray made blistering remarks about the physician's treatment of Jackson, calling Murray greedy, remorseless, and reckless.
