HUERFANO, Colo. (AP) - One of the Dougherty (DAHK'-ur-tee) siblings is due in court in southern Colorado and this time she'll face a judge on her own.

Twenty-nine-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty is scheduled for a hearing in Huerfano in which she could enter pleas on the charges she faces in Colorado.

She and her two brothers were captured Aug. 10 after a chase and what authorities say was a shootout.

The three face five counts each of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault, as well as other felony charges related to the chase.

Twenty-six-year-old Dylan Stanley-Dougherty and 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty are scheduled to appear before a judge Nov. 28.

All three previously appeared in court together.
