PENSACOLA, Fla.-Vice President Joe Biden makes a visit to the troubled gulf region.  It will be his first trip to the area since the disaster in the gulf began. 

He's expected to visit New Orleans and then later Tuesday, visit the Florida panhandle on to review response efforts.  He will pay a visit to the Naval Air Station Pensacola and make a statement to the press.
