CONCORD, New Hampshire  -  Police in New Hampshire are investigating a case of bullying, gone too far.

Police arrested four people, accusing them of tattooing the 14-year-old boy against his will.

Prosecutors say the boy was targeted because he's mentally challenged. It has been reported that  the boy got tattooed on his rear end in an attempt to avoid more abuse. The boy made an agreement with the suspects; they said that if the boy allowed them to place a tattoo on him, they would no longer target him with bullying.

The tattoo was reportedly comprised of an obscene image and words.

The four teens face a laundry list of charges for the tattoos.
