ESTERO, Fla. - The FGCU women's basketball team is heading to the "Big Dance" for the first time ever and Monday night, the team is hosting a selection show celebration at Alico Arena.  The Eagles finished off a perfect conference season and won the Atlantic Sun tournament in Macon, Georgia to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Women's tournament. 

You can join head coach Karl Smesko and the team Monday night at Alico Arena for the viewing party.  Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the event gets started around 6:30.  Watch the selection show live at 7:00.  Following the show, the team will be introduced and you can hear from Coach Smesko and some of the players too.

FGCU (29-2) has won 21-consecutive games and has the third longest current winning streak in the country.  The Eagles enter the week ranked just outside the Top 25 in the Coaches' Poll.
