COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Investigators may have caught a serial arsonist. It’s a story WINK News has been covering for months, and now a woman is behind bars accused of setting her neighbor’s van on fire.

The incident happened at the Heron Park Apartments off of Airport Pulling Road in early November.

Yet, for the past three years, deputies said several cars have been intentionally set on fire there.

As a result of those fires, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office set up a surveillance video camera in the parking lot area. Two days after it was installed in August, deputies said they caught Kimberley Roseman walking away from an area that burst into flames.

According to Roseman’s arrest report, deputies also captured her on surveillance video attempting to set her neighbor’s van on fire three times before it went up in flames the fourth time.

Deputies said Roseman and the victim got into a heated argument before his car caught fire.

She sits behind bars on $400,000 bond facing charges of arson and criminal mischief.

Right now deputies have only arrested Roseman for this latest arson. It’s unclear if she will face more charges in those cases.
