COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- The daughter of a North Naples murder victim is talking only to WINK News.

According to Collier County deputies, 63-year-old Wade Turner shot and killed his roommate 54-year-old John McArdle at their home on Hollygate Lane.

Neighbors and family say the two men got into an argument.

McArdle’s daughter, Kristee McArdle, says her father just moved into the house two weeks ago.

“He was goofy, he was loving, he was caring. I can’t even… there’s no words to describe the man he was,” said McArdle.

McArdle says she and her entire family are on an emotional rollercoaster after finding out her dad was murdered.

“To take a man’s life over a verbal altercation is just, not needed.”

Turner is now behind bars as McArdle and her family are left to make funeral arrangements for the grandfather of five.

Turner is being held on no bond.

The McArdle family has created a page to raise money for the funeral, if you’d like to help visit: http://www.gofundme.com/hbtxzg
