LEE COUNTY, Fla.- The Boston Red Sox gave Lee County a World Series ring commemorating the baseball team's championship win last fall.

The team's director of Florida operations, Katie Haas, presented the ring to Lee commissioners this morning.

The ring will go on display next to two other rings from previous world championships.

The display case is located at the old courthouse in Fort Myers.

The Red Sox have their spring training at Jet Blue Park in Lee County.
