NAPLES, Fla.- Several staff members at the Collier County nursing home where a 90-year old man was left outside in the heat for hours have been placed on administrative leave.

In a statement to WINK News, The Aristocrat says its conducting a full investigation and working with law enforcement about what happened.

The 90-year-old man was rushed to the hospital this week with a 105 temperature.

He was unconscious and under cardiac arrest.

WINK News did some digging into The Aristocrat's past.

The Agency for Health Care Administration has fined them several times in the past 13 years.

Most recently, the facility was reprimanded for failing to provide a safe, decent living enviroment free from abuse and neglect after investigators found residents weren't being groomed properly and that there was issues with their beds.
