CAPE CORAL, Fla.- A domestic disturbance call to 911 on Saturday led to the arrest of two people on drug and weapon charges.

Daisy Gascue, 32, and Michael Gonzalez, 31, of 1333 SW 5th Place, were both arrested after officers responding to Gascue's 911 call about a domestic disturbance, reportedly located drugs, currency and paraphernalia for weighing and packaging narcotics laying out in plain view.

A search warrant was obtained for the residence and the following was allegedly found:

$3,690 in US Currency
13.9 grams of Marijuana
.9 grams of Cocaine
1.2 grams of Alprazolam
79 shotgun shells
AR-15 rifle with magazines and accessories

Investigation revealed that neither Gascue nor Gonzalez had a valid prescription for the Alprazolam, and that Gonzalez is a convicted felon (and cannot be in possession of a firearm).

Based on the evidence collected and information garnered during the investigation, Both Gascue and Gonzalez were placed under arrest and later transported to Lee County Jail.
