KEY LARGO, Fla. (AP) - A search continues for a 24-year-old man who went missing during a trip in his 28-foot sailboat off Key Largo.

Another boater spotted the vacant sailboat, named Jubilee, on Monday afternoon. The boater took a picture of the boat, which appeared to be taking on water, and alerted authorities.

The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/XCZATj ) reports Noah Cullen set sail alone from his mother's house in Key Largo.

A dive center boat captain saw Cullen around noon on Monday getting back into the boat after a free dive. The boat captain told officials Cullen was about three miles offshore. A short time later a storm rolled in with heavy rain, lightning and winds up to 25 knots.

Cullen is a dive master and has his 50-ton captain's license
