LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Andrew Sosa will not be facing child abuse charges. The State Attorney's Office says there is not enough evidence to file charges against him.
In early July, Sosa was arrested for allegedly biting a toddler, something he told WINK News he did to defend his daughter.
Investigators say the bite never broke the skin and that the child's mother didn't take the baby to the doctor for a medical exam.
Sosa has been arrested numerous times, including after he left his daughter in a car outside of a Fort Myers strip club.
