NAPLES, Fla.- Wink News was first on scene as a local restaurant was raided by the state this afternoon.

The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco stormed into Castaways Backwater Cafe, located on Davis Dr., around 12:30 p.m.  A woman inside the restaurant tells Wink News the agents removed their electronic video game/gambling machines.   A customer says there were four of them inside the restaurant that had been there for years.

Agents escorted a man to a patrol car in handcuffs, but his identity is unknown.

Witnesses say agents kicked out 10 to 15 customers who were in the restaurant at the time.

Wink News has exclusive video of agents raiding the restaurant.  They were seen bringing in dollies, possibly to remove items from the business.  They parked a U-haul truck outside.

The registered owner of the restaurant is Alfred Russillo.  State records show Russillo has owned the business since 2001.

Castaways is now back open.
