NAPLES, Fla.- Firefighters rushed to Bear Creek Drive on Friday for an unusual call. Seventeen ducklings were stuck in a storm drain!

Neighbors said they spotted the ducklings and called firefighters. Crews checked out the drain, trying to rescue those ducks. Witnesses said they were worried the birds were in danger.

"The mother was with them and they all fell down the drain when they crossed over. You seen them all fall in. They were all running around and they just, whoop whoop, went in the drain," said neighbor, Alberto Rodriguez.

Even though firefighters couldn't rescue the ducks, they said the drain runs out to a lake, and the birds eventually ended up there.
