TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Tallahassee police have released a heavily redacted report detailing the fatal shooting of a Florida State University law professor.

The incident report released Friday confirms that Daniel Markel's neighbor saw a car believed to be a white or silver Prius leaving the area after last's weeks shooting.

Markel was killed last week by a gunshot to the head. Police have said the 41-year-old Markel was the intended target, but released few other details.

The location where Markel's body was found has not been released, but the report lists the garage as the crime scene and says that his 2008 Honda Accord is being checked for clues. The report also says there was no forced entry.

Police have said Markel was targeted and not the victim of a random robbery.
