LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Lee County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a carjacking that reportedly happened on Ortiz Ave. near Tice St. around 2:20 a.m. yesterday.

The victim said she was stopped at a red light at Tice St., while traveling south on Ortiz Ave., when she was approached by an unknown man. The victim told deputies that the man pointed a gun at her through her open driver's side window and told to get out of the car.

The vehicle, which is described as a four-door, green, Toyota Camry with tinted windows, was last seen going west on Tice St.

The victim said she had money and a cell phone in the center console.

The vehicle has a tag number of 780MAH and has an FSU bracket around the license plate.
