When school starts back next month, the newly crowned Miss Junior High School America will be right here in a Lee County classroom! Miss Junior High School America winner, Rylie Spicker, sat down with yes, her father, WINK News This Morning anchor Rob Spicker to talk about what lies ahead for her upcoming year. Miss Spicker competed in the interview, evening gown, and fashion runway portion. For the next year, Rylie will represent the "Crown CARES" program, which stands for Creating A Respectful Environment in Schools. The program is made to fight bullying in schools, by standing up for yourself. Miss Spicker will also get the chance to travel to Las Vegas, Washington, D.C., and Arkansas.
