FORT MYERS, Fla.- Fort Myers Police arrested three people yesterday afternoon after a series of undercover drug buys, followed by the discovery of drugs and weapons in a home on Thomas St.

Around 3:40 p.m. yesterday, officers searched the apartment on the 2800 block of Thomas Street and found a street level drug distribution center. Upon entry, several subjects fled the area, but were captured and detained.

Detectives said they located marijuana, cocaine hcl, cocaine base, oxycodone and hydrocodone. Detectives also located drug paraphernalia for packaging, weighing and manufacturing illegal drugs for street distribution. In addition, 40-caliber and 45-caliber ammunition were allegedly found inside the residence.

Brian Patterson, 19, was arrested for Possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.

Reginald Bush, 18, was arrested for Possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Makeba Gary, 44, was arrested for Possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of controlled substance with intent to sell to wit; oxycodone, possession of controlled substance with intent to sell to wit; hydrocodone, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
