FORT MYERS, Fla. -  Andrew Sosa was arrested after deputies say he bit a one-year-old. The mother of that child tells WINK news she wants Sosa punished.

"I want this man to really think what he did to my son, she says "That it is not alright to hurt an innocent child."

The mother of a one-year-old boy looking for justice after deputies say Andrew Sosa bit her son on the arm.

One neighbor tells WINK news, "Her son's a happy little boy. He's never sad, he's always happy. I've never seen him cry, so for Andrew to do something like that is absurd."

According to the police report, the boy's older sister saw the whole thing happen while the children's aunt was babysitting them.

"I didn't leave them with Andrew [Sosa]", she says.  "I left my kids with their aunt."

The mother says Sosa is close with the young boy's aunt, and happened to be over that night.

According to the police report, the boy's mother says Sosa bit her son as a punishment after Sosa says the one-year-old boy bit his daughter.

Sosa's criminal history is a long one, with at least 10 arrests since 2011.

Back in December WINK News first told you how he left his infant daughter locked in the car, choking on her own vomit, all while he sat inside a Fort Myers strip club.

That child has recovered, but for that crime Sosa was sentence to 140 days in jail and had to pay a $700.00 fine.

Sosa will face a judge on August 4th, count on WINK News to be there when he does.
