LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help identifying three young men caught in the act of stealing several expensive cameras from a North Fort Myers business earlier this month.
According to detectives, the unidentified suspects forced entry into Revolution Cable Park, located at 17590 East Street, shortly before 10 p.m. on June 9th. Once inside the business, the suspects removed several items, including two “GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition” cameras. The suspects then left the area in what appeared to be a dark colored SUV. That same business had been broken into previously, sometime during the late night/early morning hours of May 31st or June 1st, where three of the exact same cameras were stolen. It is unknown at this time if both burglaries are related.
Surveillance cameras outside the business captured images of the partially disguised men approaching the business. Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of these suspects are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
