LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A Lee County man accused of secretly taping tourists in Southwest Florida could be getting out of jail soon.

A judge set bond for Robert Moore this morning at $100,000.

If Moore gets out, he is to have no contact with minors, no access to the internet and must surrender his passport.

Moore is accused of planting hidden cameras inside a rental home on Fort Myers Beach. The State has 180 videos they're using as evidence.

Today, Moore's attorney told WINK News the victims had no objection to Moore getting a bond.
