CAPE CORAL, Fla. - "I just wish they would be gone," says one Neighbor. " I want to live a peaceful life."

Loud, extremely obnoxious, and deadly. Words neighbors use to describe what goes on inside one Cape Coral home. Saturday morning, Cape Coral Police say. uninvited guests showed up to a party and people started fighting.

27-year-old Matthew Pech of Saint James City was shot to death.  Now, 20-year-old Christopher Manley faces charges of second degree murder.

"As a neighborhood we've decided to come together and we're just going to make our presence known, and that we're watching them and everything," says Dan Ricker.

More suprising, not even 2 days after the shooting at that home, anothe problematic party was held. "They're bold, they don't care, they're out for the fun," a neighbor tells WINK News.

Now police mean business.  If neighbors see or hear anything, they are asked to call 9-1-1 right away.

"What we're able to do is take that information where we track these calls for service coming in, and we look at them on a map and we see a hot spot pop up," says Sgt. Dana Coston with the Cape Coral Police Department.
