LEE COUNTY, Fla.- The possibility of legal marijuana for medical uses is encouragaing a 'weed rush' of sorts.  Companies and people are rushing to partner with nurseries here or find land to grow legal pot.

Entrepeneur John Fellows of Cape Coral is one of them.  He says, it's a matter of who makes the money on marijuana-- drug dealers and cartels, or honest business people who will follow the rules set by state government.

The state has approved a limited use of medical marijuana, and voters this November will be asked to okay a broader use.

Companies like Terra Tech of California, are looking to partner with nurseries here to grow legal marijuana.  Evan Nison of Terra Tech tells WINK News:    Florida is a very attractive market because of its population and older residents.
