COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- New documents reveal a fight between North Naples neighbors happened right before a fatal shooting...and it was all caught on camera.

The affadavit for Deborah Moulton shows the murder of her neighbor was caught on camera by the Moultons' own surveillance video.

A forensic investigator said the audio from the equipment shows Deborah Moulton and her husband were in their backyard and started arguing with victim Sergey Chepchugov over their fence.

The report said the Moultons' dog was barking and Deborah Moulton told Chepchugov, "Touch this dog and you know where you're going. You're pushing me."

Moments later, the video shows Robert Moulton walking to the fence with a flashlight and Deborah Moulton screaming at him to get Chepchugov. She then screamed at the victim, "We got a nine millimeter! We got a nine millimeter with your name on it!"

Then, two gunshots rang out, and Robert Moulton is seen walking back towards his house. Deborah Moulton asked him, "Did you kill him?" to which he replied, "Yes."

Deborah Moulton was in court today for her first appearance. She is being held on $500,000 bond.
