Collier County, Fla., - Wink News is now hearing from the widow of a man who was shot and killed just days ago. Deputies say a decades-old feud between the neighbors turned deadly. Sergey Chepchugov's wife says her neighbors, the Moultons, made them miserable for years. Robert Moulton is under arrest for murder and deputies picked up his wife Deborah after she was yelling at the widow.

In a two-page letter to Wink News, Olga Kolesnikova wrote about the good times she shared with her husband, Sergey Chepchugov before he was murdered.

"We spend every evening feeding birds and fish, talking and laughing, listening to music and barbequing and they went to get us," said Kolesnikova in her letter.

She is referring to her neighbors, Deborah and Robert Moulton. Chepchugov's family says they had a ten-year feud with them. Deputies say it was Robert Moulton who shot and killed Chepchugov in his own backyard.

In her letter, Kolesnikova also said her husband's murder was cold-blooded and premeditated.

"We lost a wonderful husband, father and friend," wrote Kolesnikova. "He had so much ahead of him, but the Moultons brutally ended his life and justice must be served for all of us."

Kolesnikova has also filed another restraining order against Deborah Moulton.
