FORT MYERS, FL. -- Rob the Phone Doctor had quite a scare when an unknown woman walked in to his Fort Myers store begging for help.

"She goes someone is holding me by gun point. I am afraid for my life, please help me," said Robert Mason.

Exclusive surveillance video given only to WINK News shows a white car pull in to the parking lot.
Moments later the victim gets out and walks into the store.

"She did not want to go back to the car outside and to please help her," said Mason.

The  victim told Fort Myers Police she'd been kidnapped and was staying at a Howard Johnson hotel just down the street.

"At first I asked her if she was serious. Then she's like I am not kidding. I look at her and that is when the shaking started--the upset and I looked at her and said just don't move," said Mason.

Minutes later the surveillance video shows another woman get out of that same white car and walk inside.

"The female comes in with her arm in her shirt posturing as if she is holding a weapon beneath her shirt," said Mason.

While Mason was on the phone with police he says that second woman noticed something was up, walked out of the store and drove off.

The woman that came in for our help was on the bring of freaking out. She was shaking and intimidated," said Mason.

Police tell WINK News they arrested 26-year old Sarah Romanow for kidnapping.
