COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Only WINK News was in court Tuesday, as 47 year old David Brown faced a judge, accused of having sex with two women and not telling them he has HIV.

"That's not one we see everyday," said Judge Janeice Martin.

A judge said that, setting Brown's bond at $30,000 and ordering him to stay away from the victims.

"Can't text em, can't post on facebook, can't send them tweets. Nothing. Do you understand?"

"Yes, your honor."

WINK News isn't naming the victims. According to an arrest report, a woman who had been intimate with Brown for the last two years alerted the Sheriff's Office after she tested positive for HIV. She told deputies she found various medications hidden in a kitchen cabinet and she "Googled the names and found they are prescribed for HIV." She also alerted deputies to a second victim, saying Brown had been unfaithful. And that woman also tested positive for HIV. The arrest report states Brown admitted to the whole thing. But one person who didn't know of Brown's arrest, his boss. WINK News spoke with the General Manager of the Royal Poinciana Club. He was shocked, telling me everyone loves Brown and he's a stand-up guy.
