CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Cape Coral Police say at around 10:30 p.m. on Friday, the Cape Coral Police Department responded to 1423 SE 27th Street on a missing person call.

Family members told police that their relative, 65 year-old David Siwarski, left the residence around 6:00 PM on foot and hasn't been seen since.  Family members initially thought nothing of it, as Siwarski is known to frequently take walks for up to two hours.  However, as Siwarski had not returned in over four hours, relatives began to worry.

The family is also concerned because Siwarski is on several medications and suffers from aphasia, a brain condition that impacts mental function.

Cape Coral Police patrol, K9 and Aviation have been conducting a search but have been unable to locate Siwarski.

Siwarski was last seen wearing a camouflage hat, a light blue shirt, and khaki shorts.
